The monthly board meetings are the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9:30 A M. with the exception of June when we have the annual meeting on the last Saturday at 10 AM.

Westwood Beach is located 6.5 miles South of Chandler off FM315 at County Road 3105. The Office Phone Number is 903-617-7991 or 903-849-3226. The Office address is Westwood Beach Owners Association 1095 Westwood Drive, Chandler, Tx 75758. If you are buying or selling property in Westwood Beach, please contact Lynda Hix at the office in order for her to record the transaction in the Office Records. Office Hours are 9:30 - 1:00 Tuesdays and Saturdays or by appointment. We are on the West side of Lake Palestine in Henderson County. We have 3 Private Boat Ramps for use by our Members who are current in their fees and the fishing is great. We also have a Swimming Pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool hours are 12 noon to 8 PM Tues-Sat and 1:00 PM-8:00 PM Sundays, closed on Mondays each week. We have a Garbage Collection site for our Members and it is open on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 7 PM on these days.
